SUPER FOURCHETTE - Resto Disquaire is a restaurant and a record shop. Here you will find filling and wholesome meals, made with lots of vegetables and featuring wholesome, locally-sourced ingredients. Our menu changes every week, so come back often to try our latest creation. We combine comfortable, wholesome cuisine with music from independent labels, both local and international. Dig up interesting vinyl and cassettes and enjoy them with a good local beer, or catch one of our concerts featuring local rock, post punk and garage bands.

We are 2 people, a couple : Marie-Eve and Charlotte
What’s your origin story and your motivation?
We opened Super Fourchette in october 2018 but we were thinking about opening a space almost 10 years before. Our main motivations was to promote the music we like : DIY, independent, created with passion and rage. To promote the local food providers like the Belgian small farms or the local breweries, to make a local and mostly organic menu. Finally, our place needed to be inclusive with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
What are some of your favorite spots in Brussels?
Le Chaff for the gigs, Balades Sonores for the records, La Fruitière for the cheese, le 203 for the food, la Luna for the pizzas, l'Archipel for the bubbling terrace.
