Who’s involved in it?
We're about 8 and we're all involved in the artistic direction : Mika Oki (resident dj and sound tech), Soumaya Phéline (resident DJ), Daya Halle and Katia Lecompte (scenography and production), Iliass Yayouss (photography), Andrea Istria (scenography and communication), Shaine Mahaux (talks and workshops) and myself, Souria Cheurfi (a bit of everything).
What’s your origin story and your motivation?
I'm a journalist with an interest in music and gender issues. Back when I started, I was working full time in customer service for a company I didn't like. I decided to quit my job to become a freelance writer and that's when i started organising Psst Mlle events. It was the perfect combination between my love for feminism, music and parties.
What are some of your favorite spots in Brussels?
C12, Fontainas, Forest and Duden Park.
