Gyn Tonic
We are an autonomous and feminist sports club, dedicated to basketball and gymnastics (all levels welcome). Our activities are free of charge except 20 EUR annual fees (insurance and all basic costs). We do collective trainings and participative coaching.
Who’s involved in it?
20-40 people (depending the year), women (inclusive)
What’s your origin story and your motivation?
Created in 2012, never defeated since. Our goal is to make sports accessible for all women, in welcoming spaces.
Do you want to share a special memory with us?
When it’s possible, we organise super fun parties and we loose all our basketball matches (all around Europe!). But we are always rewarded for our fairness.
What are some of your favorite spots in Brussels?
Basketball courts, sports halls, parks
Where can we find you virtually and/or physically?
Our trainings take place on Wednesdays (18h30-19h30) and Sundays (18h-20h) in the city centre of Brussels.
